Event fee does not include anything other than using the villa and it's amenities for the ceremony/reception. Event, Staffing & HOA fees, along with the refundable security deposit are mandatory when hosting you event at Villa Marcella.
- Up to 40 guests - $5,000.00
- 41 to 80 guests - $7,500.00
- 81-120 guests - $12,000.00
Staffing Fees-
- Up to 40 guests - $500.00
- 41-80 guests - $1,000.00
- 81-120 guests - $1,500.00
Refundable Security Deposit-
- Up to 40 guests - $4,000.00
- 41-80 guests - $6,000.00
- 81-120 guests - $8,000.00
